New in April of 2026. This is the "whole ball of wax," including 10 free on-demand training videos. Kent put this kit together for those enthusiasts who own multiple classic Mercedes from the 1970s through the 1990s. Fuel Injection back then was not as reliable as it is now. Add in the age factor of these systems, and he can almost guarantee you will have to deal with the fuel injection in order to have a reliable, smooth-running, and fuel-efficient daily driver. On the other side of the coin, trying to find reliable and knowledgeable mechanics who know how to work on these older Bosch systems if near impossible today.

So you are left to do it yourself. With this kit and all the videos that come with it (10+), you can do this! Just think of the feeling of accomplishment when you successfully troubleshoot and repair the problem(s)!
This is a compilation of all Kent's individual engine-specific pressure testers. If you want to know the details of what comes in our individual fuel pressure testing kits, please refer to the related products below.
The included metal fittings will attach the tester to all K-Jetronic and KE-Jetronic 6-cylinder and V8 engines to test full system pressure and control pressure.

The four electrical jumper leads included will allow you to complete most tests without running the engine. Two are for bypassing the fuel pump relay, one very long, one for running the pump or pumps directly from the battery, while the last jumper can be used on all K-Jetronic systems to heat up the warm-up regulator without running the engine.

One pressure tester with a 160 psi gauge can complete all the tests, but it will need to be configured differently on some systems. In the T configuration shown below, you can pressure-test all Bosch CIS fuel injection systems, including K-Jetronic and KE-Jetronic. We pressure test the hoses and fittings for leaks, and the gauge for accuracy, before we ship it to you.

When pressure testing the earlier D-Jetronic systems, you do not need to use the T. A special adapter is included in the kit to screw into the hose at the end of the gauge hose, and this will plug into the fuel rail by the cold, start injector, allowing you to complete the test safely.

When pressure testing LH-Jetronic or even the M112 and M113 engines, no extra hose or fittings are required. The end of the gauge hose, as shown below, will screw right onto the factory fitting on the fuel rail, allowing you to quickly complete the test. What could be easier than that?
