This will give you everything you will need ( except 12-volt power and cleaning fluid ) to bench CLEAN and TEST your ELECTRONIC (1970 to 2011) fuel injectors in your own garage or workshop once they are removed from the engine. Complete detailed video instructions are included on how to hook up the tester, perform individual injector tests, internally clean and even back flush each one, and how to interpret your results. Instructions on removing and reinstalling the injectors in your engine are NOT included, but you will find this is a very straightforward job. Since these engines run so well, some believe that the fuel injectors will last forever. If you have noticed your fuel economy is declining or your engine oil seems thin, then replace these injectors. Best to do it after 150K as a preventative measure to increase engine life.

M119 V8 Fuel Injector Set of 8 with Free Pressure Regulator Included

For all M119 V8 engines with LH-Jetronic from 1992 to 1998 both 400 and 500 displacements

We think almost all these old M119 V8 engines need to have their fuel injectors replaced for peak performance and better fuel economy. We also believe an old fuel pressure regulator should be replaced so we are including one at no additional cost.

1970 to 1975 D-Jetronic V8 EFI Fuel Injector Tip and Housing Seals

To prevent intake air leaks, replace your aging tip seals and large body seals. You should always replace with new anytime you remove the injectors.

These are the critical seals that go on the D-jetronic fuel injectors. If they leak air, your engine with idle high, start poorly and run lean, which can damage the pistons. We recommend you replace these whenever you remove and replace the injectors.

1970 to 1975 D-Jetronic V8 Engine Compartment Premium Fuel Hose Replacement Kit

Kit does not include clamps for replacing short hoses on the fuel injectors. High-Pressure Fuel Injection Hose ( 2 meters) and Stainless Steel HD Smooth Clamps (16).

ALERT! If you are having a hard time keeping your good hoses from leaking, DO A PRESSURE TEST!  The system is designed for 30 psi. If your pressure regulator has failed, no amount of tightening your clamps will solve the problem.

Late 1974 and 1975 450SL, 450SE and 450SEL New Fuel Injectors Less Bottom Seals

This kit DOES NOT include the lower green and black seals. It also does not include the nylon sleeves, which is no longer available NLA.

DO NOT ORDER UNTIL YOU REMOVE ONE INJECTOR IN YOUR ENGINE AND INSPECT THE HOLE. Sometime in 1974, Mercedes changed the way these injectors were sealed into the head to prevent air leaks. A "YELLOWISH" nylon sleeve was added along with two seals on the lower end of the fuel injector.

1972 to 1973 4.5 450 D-Jetronic New Replacement Fuel Injector Set with Extras

Bonus new seals and new upper clamps included with the injectors. Kent's on-demand video on D-jet fuel injector service is included free of charge.

These will also fit the 1972 U.S. version 350SL with the 4.5 engine. Just make sure of the correct color. WARNING: MAKE CERTAIN your current injectors are blue/green at the top. A restocking fee will apply if you place an order in error. These are for the 4.5 engine only.
