You can do it without this fitting but you will have to try to get one hose end of your tester under the engine to hook up to the WUR.

This fitting is not included in our deluxe pressure tester or the builder's kit. If you plan on pressure testing your 1976 to 1985 M110 fuel system, this fitting is highly recommended. It will save you much time and frustration getting your pressure tester hooked up properly to the M110 fuel system. FIT
