New filter included. Exceptionally good used aluminum power steering pump for your 4 and 5-cylinder diesel engine. Removed from a running engine in good operating condition. It only fits the years listed. It comes with a cap, wing nut, and internal spring. We recommend you upgrade to better power steering fluid  ( not auto trans fluid!). See below
