Bosch D-Jectronic Fuel Injector Testing and Cleaning PARTIAL Kit

Early Fuel Injection LONG and SHORT Electric Fuel Pump Seizure and Bottom Leak Service Kit

From 1959 to 1972 6 cylinder fuel-injected engines as well as the 6.3 V8 only. If one day your pump starts leaking out the bottom plate or just won't spin this kit may help.

This kit will not fix all your pump problems. If the motor is worn or burnt out, this won't help. But if the lower impeller is "stuck" due to lack of use and old fuel, then this could be a simple fix. In the video below, Kent will explain what this kit can fix and why it is needed.

Bosch D-JETRONIC Fuel Pump Outer Reseal Kit

Early Gas Engine Fuel Injector Back Flush Cleaning Kit

Works on Bosch MFI and CIS mechanical fuel injectors from the late 1950's to early 1990's. Will NOT work on electrically operated fuel injectors.

With these old gas fuel injectors, sometimes you just have to "back flush" the insides to restore them to peak performance. There is no guarantee that back flush cleaning will restore every old gasoline mechanical fuel injector. Some are just plain worn out.

The FLOW or low pressure method of checking and adjusting injection pump timing does not require a separate pressure tank. With this method you use the hand primer pump to pump up pressure in the injection pump to get fuel to flow out of the half round drip tube included in this kit.
